Lofts 1, 2, 3
are in the separate one-story building with extra high ceilings and large private yards/patios. One loft has a spacious loft deck. Sculptors might love these spaces because of the concrete floors and ample outdoor space.


Lofts 4-10
are in the one story building facing the sidewalk; entrances are either through each loft’s private fenced patio off of the main courtyard/parking area, or at the front of the loft, directly onto the sidewalk. These lofts are especially suited to include a small gallery or outlet store located in the area nearest the sidewalk. The two corner lofts have windows all along the side.


Lofts 11-15
are on the main floor of the three-story mill building. These five lofts are extra large because they also include lower-level studio spaces, which have equally high ceilings and small windows for light. Two have additional entrances that can be used for business (for example, a framer or cabinet maker would like one loft because the downstairs space could have a business entrance separate from the rest of the loft). Lofts 16-25
are two-story lofts (on the second and third (top) floors), with entrances on the second floor of the main mill building. These lofts have two full bathrooms, one on each floor, with the residential areas on the upper floor where the view is especially good. Just one floor would be a good-sized loft in the city for a lot more money; the Blackinton offers twice the size for a fraction of the cost.
